We Dream...

Of a church that impacts the community and the world. A place that is known throughout the city and county as a place of kindness, where genuine people worship and sincerely desire the best for one another. A church that serves as a bastion of servanthood and sacrifice. A church that is active in sending out God’s ambassadors to other parts of the country and world.

Of a church that encourages others to pursue their passions in ministry. A place that does not stifle the creativity of the Spirit, but actively seeks ways to encourage the participation and leadership of its people in ministry. A place where each believer genuinely feels like they are ministering.

Of a church that is a national hub of leadership development. A place in which leaders and church planting pastors are produced to take the message of the Gospel to other parts of the country and world. A place in which the Bible, theology, and ministry skills are taught and caught in a practical way that can be replicated in other churches throughout the country.

Of a church that is actively engaging the lost. A place where every member is active in building intentional relationships with non-believers in their housing estates, work places, etc. A place in which the people understand that the work of evangelism has not been given to a few “spiritual elite,” but to each believer.

Of a church that helps to heal. A place where those hurting from the effects of sin can come to receive real help. A place that accepts all people, but that challenges all people to move towards Jesus.

Of a church where the glory of God is fundamental. A place where worship takes place from genuine hearts of people more concerned about God’s glory than themselves. A place where excellence is pursued in all things, and where people genuinely seek to glorify God with their lives.

Of a church that doesn’t shrink from its call to preach the Word. A place that maintains relevance to the culture around her without sacrificing the integrity of or prominent place of Scripture in changing lives.
