Patchwork Bible Study

Open House at Dobell’s

On Sunday the 10th of May we’re having an open house at Mark and Elaine’s house immediately after our tea time at church. This will hopefully give us an opportunity to say goodbye to several of our university students who will be leaving; some for the summer and others for good. Thank you to the Dobells for opening up their home to us. We can organize lifts at church on Sunday. If you’ll be driving and would like directions, please click here. Buffet foods will be provided. Men’s Paintball!!!!!

This is advance notice to all men. On 13 june we’ll be driving down towards Limerick for some good clean paintball fun. The cost is €40. If you’re interested and haven’t told us already, please let us know. In order to reserve your spot, we need a €20 deposit no later than 17 May! We’ll have a barbeque when we return to Galway. Good times!

Easter Sunrise Service

We will hold our first-ever Easter sunrise service on Sunday at 7am. We will meet at the hill at the entrance to Bailey Estate off the Circular Road for about 20-30 minutes. Then we will go over to Tim and Joan’s house for breakfast. In the event it is pouring with rain, we will simply meet at Tim and Joan’s house at 7am. We will then have our normal service at 11am at the Clybaun Hotel.

If you need a lift, let us know and we’ll meet up at the Clybaun Hotel at 7:00pm to take people out to the house. We’ll have dinner, watch a DVD, and have a discussion about the film.
