Dealing with Anxiety

This week I want to post some good articles if you find yourself dealing with anxiety or doubt in this season.

To begin with, here is an article (with resource links) from a friend of mine who serves with our mission organisation. She recommends three practices when we’re dealing with anxiety: lament, reflect upon the source of your anxiety, and remember that you are not alone. This is followed by some suggested resources.
